Marketplace model

Products are listed and sold by independent sellers. Each seller is responsible for packing and delivering their own items. Seller name and location are shown on every product and order.

Order requests

Checkout creates an order request. No payment is collected online. Each seller confirms their part of the order, and payment arrangements are confirmed with you before dispatch.

Delivery

We currently deliver only within Kerala. Each seller sets the pincodes they serve, their delivery charges and dispatch times, which are shown before you place a request.

Privacy

We collect your name, mobile number and delivery address to process your order. Sellers see only the details needed to deliver their part of your order. We do not sell your data. Contact us to access, correct or delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
